okkk uh i made three cause i don't know what i want quite yet so i figured i'd make three different ones and figure it out later. i usually ask for something like 100-200$ then a couple 50$ things and my parents decide the rest ♥

Ok so. My goal is to lose ten - fifteen pounds in 6 weeks. I'm not fat or over weight I just want to be FIT for when school rolls back around. This year I'll be starting high school. Yay freshie! And I'm 130 pounds, I realize that's not big but I want to be around 120 like I was in the 7th grade. I'm 5 10 which is pretty tall and I'm a runner so running will be no problem but I quit running after I was kicked off my track team.. so yeah. That's my story.. Here's my plan.
So I'm also training for a marathon well I'm going to start training next week. July 23rd. But I'm going to go for a run tonight, tomorrow, etc every day leading up to the 23rd.
And I feel that if I make a blog EVERY DAY I train that it will help me keep up with my goal and around every week or two I'll tell my current weight! Okkk. Now the plan.
I'm going to run one mile - a mile and a half everyday for the first week. July 23rd - July 28th
Then for breakfast I will keep it healthy oatmeal, the correct portion of cereal, smoothies, that type of stuff.
For lunch I'll have a salad or tuna fish something HEALTHY.
I'll eat one snack like apples and peanut butter. To keep my mind off of eating I'll grab a stick of gum every time I reach for junkies.
Dinner - whatever my mom cooks. But I'll need to be in charge of the portions.
Ok so for the week of July 30th - Aug 4th I will run one mile and a half.
So with summer coming up... slowly.. but it's coming I wanted a fresh start just like a new, classsier, summeryy account, I guess. I'm only going to use polyvore a tad during the summer and then I'm a freshie so I'm done with it. Lol. Who needs poly anymore anyway? Ha. So just follow it/add it.
